- Mentor a team of 12 futurist engineers and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 3+ in quantum/AI leadership
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Track record of scaling solutions from prototype to $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
