Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Proven track record developing future tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes

- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$1M
