Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum/AI/sustainability
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and funding
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and engineers
- Present strategy to C-suite and board of directors
- File 5+ patents annually for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at director level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Published author in IEEE/Nature or equivalent journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred
