- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for potential acquisition or partnership opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven insights
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team of technical specialists and strategists
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation investments
- Foster strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Represent the company at global technology summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy development and innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience building and scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Demonstrated success in securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication capabilities
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO, PMP) highly preferred
