Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development lifecycle
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in futures research, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or biotechnology
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation (preferred)
