- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Translate emerging tech trends into market-ready product opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build and lead a 15-person elite future-tech scouting team
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI/biotech deployment
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Biotechnology, or Systems Engineering
- 8+ years in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching products using emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
