- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for prototyping emerging tech solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits and patent future-forward methodologies
- Mentor engineering teams in ethical AI development and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record of scaling SaaS products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neural network optimization
- Strong background in sustainability tech and circular economy principles
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
