- Develop strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced robotics
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation management
- Experience managing global innovation teams in matrixed organizations
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
