Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or research leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical technology frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience managing budgets over $5M for technology initiatives
