Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in biotech, clean energy, and spatial computing
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-gen solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks in future technology development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or Web3 infrastructure
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
