- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting future deployments
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring long-term technology ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futures/foresight methodologies
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, quantum computing applications, biotech integration, or decentralized systems
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent strategic planning credentials
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation journals
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management preferred
