Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with company growth objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical and business stakeholders on future priorities
- Author strategic whitepapers and market analyses for executive decision-making
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to the C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable business plans
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
