Responsibilities

- Develop long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and digital transformation trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product development frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology consulting or corporate strategy with future-focused initiatives
- Proven track record in forecasting market trends and translating them into business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFS, CFIP)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
