Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching commercialized quantum/AI products
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 200+ technologists
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and biotech convergence
- Published research in top-tier scientific journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit)
