- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen product solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation incubator programs for experimental technologies
- Partner with venture capital team to evaluate emerging startups
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future tech
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling technology-driven business initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
