- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-forward solutions into commercial offerings
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders including investors, partners, and industry regulators
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research institutions)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation teams from concept to market leadership
