Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Establish innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and commercialization of future-facing solutions
- Represent the organization at global tech summits and industry think tanks
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive role
- Proven track record of implementing successful future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in strategic foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
