- Establish vendor relationships and pilot programs for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech incubation team
- Monitor global tech policy developments affecting 2026 implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale technology transformations
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
