Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-5 year technology strategy focusing on 2026+ innovations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for market adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology use cases
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to anticipate industry disruptions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex tech strategies to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
