Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 5-year strategic frameworks
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech adoption
- Mentor a team of 5+ technical specialists in future-focused methodologies
- Author thought leadership pieces published in IEEE and TechCrunch
- Drive patent development for proprietary technological innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- CFRP (Certified Foresight Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Prior work with Fortune 100 clients on digital transformation initiatives
- Portfolio of published tech trend analyses or innovation frameworks
