- Translate emerging scientific breakthroughs into commercial IP portfolios
- Chair the Global Ethics Council for Autonomous Systems deployment
- Develop patent strategies securing 50+ future-facing technologies annually
- Present technology visions at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years applied research
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $1B+ valuations
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech governance
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for classified national innovation projects
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of at least 3 emerging technologies
