Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and IoT ecosystems
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen sustainable energy and biotech solutions
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging tech with $50M+ market potential
- Establish strategic alliances with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and Fortune 500 innovation hubs
- Present technology forecasts to the board and investor community
- Mentor a 20-person team of PhD researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/IoT)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Track record of launching commercialized tech with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Security clearance for federal R&D partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaborations
