Responsibilities

- Develop commercialization strategies for emerging biotech-cybernetic interfaces
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Secure $10M+ in federal innovation grants for frontier technology projects
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging fields
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling technology from prototype to market
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and neurotech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
