Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and investors securing $500M+ annual R&D budget
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich on 10+ concurrent innovation projects
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies with 95+ IP filings expected
- Champion sustainable tech initiatives aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero commitments
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact at Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published author in Nature/Science or peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Track record of scaling technologies from lab to commercialization
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
