Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical opportunities into market-ready initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into scalable solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to pilot implementation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
- Develop KPIs to measure strategic technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in AI, quantum, or biotech
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, APF) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation principles
