Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro-interfaces) and develop 5-10 year implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts to prototype futuristic solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 companies for joint R&D initiatives
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments and pivot strategies
- Mentor next-generation talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits or product launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation modeling tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
