Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technology forecasting for 2026-2030 landscape
- Design scalable architectures integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Drive innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Analyze geopolitical/regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology maturity and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
