Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Lead disruption analysis and scenario planning for market transformations
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic innovations into core offerings
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring technological ROI and adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation pipeline and prioritize R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record in disrupting markets with emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
