- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Partner with academic institutions to identify disruptive research opportunities
- Author annual Future Tech Impact reports for public consumption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record translating trends into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, or quantum computing
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
