Qualifications

- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Quantum Computing Professional)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on forward-looking tech
- Experience leading $10M+ tech transformation projects
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and quantum governance frameworks
