Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record leading digital transformation at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2019-2023)
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
