Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap with 3-5 year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing disruptive prototypes across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Identify emerging tech trends and competitive landscape shifts through market intelligence
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop business cases for new technology investments with ROI projections
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members for approval and resource allocation
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof technology implementation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Track record of launching technology products with $10M+ market impact
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, PMP) preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets and managing cross-continental teams
