- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Author white papers on technology ethics and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Expertise in forecasting technology trends beyond 2025
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI governance, or clean tech
- Experience securing government grants for futuristic R&D projects
