Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 18-24 month precision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Strong data analytics and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with technology roadmapping frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
