Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Systems Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or synthetic biology
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to market (e.g., quantum cloud services)
- Expertise in ISO 20700 technology foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes (FDA, EPA, FCC) for emerging tech
