Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps and business operations
- Conduct high-impact research on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain relationships with global technology innovators, research institutions, and venture partners
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact and technology adoption success
- Mentor senior technology leaders in future-proofing their domains and capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and board audiences
- Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with ability to navigate technological uncertainty
