Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with tech startups, research institutions, and venture capital partners
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and continuously measure impact
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience building and managing high-performing innovation teams
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies or innovation management preferred
