Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and societal needs
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to prototype commercial applications of emerging tech
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
