Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on emerging fields like quantum computing and neuromorphic AI
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions through agile development cycles
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI for future-tech initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least two future-tech solutions to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or Web3
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience working with regulatory bodies and standards organizations
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management highly valued
