Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching disruptive technologies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy) highly desirable
