Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030 with clear ROI projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 transformative tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
