Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups from concept to IPO
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals within the last 3 years
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital or government grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
