- Present technology roadmaps and innovation forecasts to the board and investors
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers while fostering an experimental culture
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts impacting emerging technologies
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive roles
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and board presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ professionals
