Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT into scalable business solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders using data-driven frameworks
- Build and manage a global network of technology futurists and academic researchers
- Author thought leadership publications on next-generation technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record developing commercialization strategies for frontier technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology or foresight journals
