Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum, AR/VR, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment across global operations
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with academia and startups to establish technology partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward solutions in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced certification
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling technology initiatives across global markets
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management preferred
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
