Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across business units
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build competitive analysis frameworks to position InnovateNext in emerging markets
- Manage innovation incubation programs for high-potential 2026 technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical executives
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
