Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring future technology adoption impact
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Produce annual technology foresight reports and competitive intelligence briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic technology initiatives and their outcomes
