- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $10M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum/Web3 initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI modeling
- Certifications in AI governance (e.g., CAG) or quantum computing preferred
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
