Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and competitive opportunities through global market analysis
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and governments
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies to accelerate R&D cycles
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology (PhD preferred)
- Published research in quantum AI or synthetic biology (Nature/Science journals)
- Expertise in emerging tech standards and regulatory landscapes (ISO 20700, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA-level funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Track record of scaling tech innovations from prototype to global deployment
