Responsibilities

- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on emerging tech regulatory landscapes
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and testing
- Author thought leadership publications for IEEE and MIT Technology Review
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical technology deployment frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems beyond current state-of-the-art
- Deep expertise in blockchain architectures and zero-knowledge proofs
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with federal technology policy advisory committees
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized innovations
